CLAIRTON, Pa. — A Pennsylvania Lottery player won a progressive top prize of $199,166 on Tuesday after purchasing a Fast Play Break the Ice ticket in Allegheny County, officials confirmed.

The winning ticket was sold at Livingston Pharmacy, located at 550 Miller Avenue in Clairton. The retailer will receive a $500 bonus for selling the ticket.

Break the Ice is a $10 Fast Play game offering progressive top prizes that start at $125,000 and increase until a winning ticket is sold. Unlike traditional scratch-offs, Fast Play games are printed instantly at lottery terminals or self-serve vending machines and do not require scratching or waiting for a drawing.

The winner has not yet been identified. The ticket must be signed, validated, and claimed with the Pennsylvania Lottery before prize details are finalized.

Fast Play continues to pay out growing jackpots

Players can check Fast Play tickets by reviewing the printed play area, scanning at a retailer, or using the official PA Lottery app. All Fast Play prizes must be claimed within one year of the ticket’s purchase date.
