Philadelphia Man Arrested in Connection with Drug and Weapons Trafficking

PHILADELPHIA, PA – A Philadelphia man, Justin Pearcy, 36, is facing multiple charges following a search by the Office of Attorney General agents on Friday morning. The charges include illegal possession of firearms and possession with intent to deliver controlled substances.

Search warrants executed on a vehicle on Pulaski Avenue and at a North Philadelphia home led to the seizure of 11 firearms and large quantities of fentanyl, methamphetamine, crack cocaine, and marijuana. The drugs have an estimated street value exceeding $350,000. Additionally, over $33,000 in cash was seized from the residence.

Two of the seized handguns were fitted with devices that made them fully automatic, another had a silencer, and several assault-style rifles were among the weapons seized. Pearcy’s bail has been set at $2 million.
