Philadelphia Man Shot Multiple Times in Early Morning Murder

PHILADELPHIA, PA – A 21-year-old man, Shaquawn McNeil, was fatally shot in Philadelphia’s Frankford neighborhood early Monday morning.

Police were called to the 5000 block of Glenloch Street around 12:45 a.m., where they discovered McNeil in the roadway, having sustained multiple gunshot wounds to his torso.

McNeil, a resident of the Frankford section, was rushed to a nearby hospital but was pronounced dead at 1:13 a.m.

The Philadelphia Police Department is actively investigating the incident. However, no motive has been identified, and no arrests have been made at this time.

The department is seeking any information that could lead to an understanding of this incident or the identification of suspects involved.
