PHILADELPHIA, PA — The Philadelphia Police Department’s 19th District is investigating a suspicious death following the discovery of a black female, estimated to be in her 30s to 40s, on the highway at 5XX N 63rd Street.
The incident occurred at 3:27 a.m., and the victim was found with injuries to her face, chest, and lower body.
The unidentified woman was transported to Lankenau Hospital by medics, where she was pronounced dead.
As of now, no arrests have been made, and no weapons were recovered at the scene.
The investigation into this incident is ongoing.
