The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating 16-year-old Missing Endangered Juvenile Wynter Smith. She was last seen on Monday, September 12, 2022, at 10:00 A.M., on the 13xx block of South Taylor St.
She is 6’00 approximately 300 lbs. and was last seen wearing a blue t-shirt with Prep Charter School logo on it and Khaki shorts, light complexion with multicolored afro. Wynter frequents the area of 255 S 16th St (ATTIC Youth Center)
