The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating 31-year-old Missing Person Brian Brown. He was last seen on Wednesday, June 22, 2022, at 12:00 P.M., on the 200 block of Hortter Street.
He is 5′ 8″, 175 lbs., brown complexion, black hair, brown eyes, tattoo on his chest “MOE” and was last seen wearing a black jacket with #3, black sweatpants and a grey hoodie.
