PHILADELPHIA, PA — The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating a missing juvenile, Khamiyah Blackwell, who was last seen leaving her residence on the 500 block of East Luray Street at 8 am today.
Khamiyah is described as a 13-year-old girl, about 5’3” tall, weighing 110 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair.
