PHILADELPHIA, PA – The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating 26-year-old Missing Person Joshua Brown. He was last seen at 11:30 P.M., on Sunday, July 24, 2022, at his residence on the 20xx block of W York St.
He is 5’7, 175 lbs., brown eyes, black hair, and was last seen wearing black pants with wavy ripple design on legs, white T-shirt, dark blue hoody and gold & white Nike high top sneakers.
