Philadelphia police search for missing 10-year-old child

PHILADELPHIA — Authorities are asking for the public’s help in locating 10-year-old Zahaad Lovington-Walley, who was last seen on the evening of New Year’s Day.

Zahaad was last spotted at approximately 7:15 p.m. on the 4100 block of Parish Street, according to the Philadelphia Police Department.

They are described as 4 feet 8 inches tall, weighing 80 pounds, and was wearing an olive-green hooded sweatshirt and matching sweatpants, a black sleeveless shirt, and black flip-flops at the time of the disappearance.

The Southwest Detective Division is leading the search and urges anyone with information on Zahaad’s whereabouts to contact them at 215-686-3183 or to call 911 immediately.
