The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating 16-year-old female Vanna Chea. She was last seen on Tuesday, December 7th, 2021, on the 2300 block of S. 24th St.
She is 5’6″, 110lbs, light complexion, brown eyes, black hair. She was last seen wearing black pants and black sneakers.
