The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating12 -year-old Missing Juvenile Tylee Robbins. He was last seen on Wednesday, October 6th, 2021, on the 3500 block of Decatur St.
He is 5’5″ 115lbs, small build, medium complexion, braided her in cornrows (8) with clear beads on the ends and brown eyes. No clothing description given.
