PHILADELPHIA, PA- The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the assistance of the public in locating Hser Gay, a missing juvenile. Hser was last seen by her mother at Mastery Charter School on Friday, May 26, 2023, around 10 am.
Hser Gay is 14 years old, stands at approximately 5 feet 2 inches tall, and weighs around 120 pounds. She has brown eyes and black hair. At the time of her disappearance, Hser was wearing a brown zip-up sweater.
