The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 16-year-old Missing Juvenile Vanne Chea. She was last seen at 9:30 P.M., on Saturday, September 18th, 2021, on the 28XX block of South Marshall Street.
She is 5’4″, 110 lbs., thin build, medium complexion, black or blonde long hair, brown eyes, nose piercing, red butterfly tattoo on neck and black heart tattoo on her chest. She was last seen wearing a black crop top and black tights. She could be heading to New York.
