PHILADELPHIA, PA – On March 23, 2022, the complainant reported that an unknown white male used his identity to cash checks at a bank located at 2620 W Hunting Park Ave in his name. Surveillance video recovered from the bank depicts the suspect in the bank cashing checks with the complainant’s identity.
