PHILADELPHIA, PA – On October 18th 2021, at approximately 4:32 pm, a B/M walks W/B on the 1600 block of Pratt St. exchanged words with the victims, standing on the sidewalk. After words were exchanged, the suspect produced a gun and fired several shots at the victims, striking 2 victims. The suspect then fled and was last seen south on Frankford Ave.
