PHILADELPHIA, PA- The Philadelphia Police Department is appealing to the public for assistance in locating 17-year-old Ya-Janee Turner, who has been reported missing. Ya-Janee was last seen on Tuesday, May 23, 2023, in the vicinity of the 200 block of Rubicam Street.
Ya-Janee Turner is described as 5’9″ tall and weighing approximately 120 lbs. She has brown eyes and black hair. At the time of her disappearance, the clothing she was wearing is unknown.
