PHILADELPHIA, PA – The Philadelphia Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating missing person Curtis Richardson. Curtis was last seen at his residence on the 79xx block of Forrest Ave, on Tuesday August 16, 2022, at 6:20pm.
Curtis is 84 years old, .6’1” and 187lbs. His clothing description is unknown.
