Philadelphia police searching for suspect who shot 51-year-old man multiple times

PHILADELPHIA, PA – The Philadelphia Police Department is investigating a shooting that took place on February 17th that left a 51-year0old man shot in the chest and stomach.

Police are now asking for the public’s assistance for information in reference to a shooting that occurred inside an apartment building located at 1336 Arrott Street on February 17th at approximately 10:43 pm.
“The victim, a 51-year-old-male, stated that an unknown black male wearing a ski mask came into his apartment and tried to rob him. The suspect shot the victim once in the stomach and once in his chest. The victim was transported to Temple Hospital by Medic where he was listed in critical condition,” the department said.
