Philadelphia Police Seeking to Identify Suspects in Playground Shooting

PHILADELPHIA, PA – Police in Philadelphia are still investigating a March 21st shooting in a West Philadelphia playground.  According to police, gunmen opened fire on a basketball court, but no injuries were reported.

Police today released video surveillance of the shooting and are asking for assistance to identify the suspects.

“The police are investigating a shooting incident that occurred on March 21st, 2022, in West Philadelphia. Around 10:15 PM, shots rang out at a basketball court in the West Mill Creek Playground along the 5000 block of Reno Street. Over sixty shots were fired. There were no reported injuries,” the department said.
