The Philadelphia Police Department needs your help. The police are investigating a theft that occurred on December 28th, 2021, in the city’s Wynnefield Heights neighborhood. Private video surveillance captured an older man pull up to the 4000 block of Ford Road in a dark blue Ford Crown Victoria and steal packages worth $400 from the victim’s front porch before leaving the scene.
