Philadelphia – The Philadelphia Police Department’s Northwest Detective Division is seeking to identify the individual responsible for a package theft.
On January 28, 2024, at 5:17 pm, in the rear alley of 45xx Riverside Way, an unknown black male stole a package from the complainant’s doorstep before departing the area in an unknown direction.
The suspect is described as an unknown black male of medium build, appearing to be in his late teens or early 20s, wearing a dark hooded jacket and gray pants.
