Philadelphia Teen Survives Gunshot to Face

Philadelphia, PA – One person is in stable condition after being shot in the face in Philadelphia on Monday night, April 30, police told Daily Voice.

The 16-year-old victim was struck once in the left cheek around 8:15 p.m. on the 2700 block of North Sydenham Street, authorities said.

She was taken to Temple University Hospital. A female suspect is in custody and a firearm was recovered at the scene, according to investigators.
