The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating 36-year-old Missing Person Shandeea Williams. She was last seen on Wednesday, September 21, 2022, in the area of 31st Cumberland St.
She is 5’6”, 160 lbs., medium build, brown hair, brown eyes, dark brown complexion and was last seen wearing a black shirt, gray tights and slides.
