MIDDLETOWN, PA – A $1 million Pennsylvania Lottery Scratch-Off ticket was sold in Philadelphia, turning a $20 game into a seven-figure prize for one lucky player.

The winning Millionaire Loading ticket was purchased at M & M Express Inc., located at 5520 Whitaker Avenue in Philadelphia. The retailer will receive a $5,000 bonus for selling the top-prize ticket.
