Piqua Duo Claim $2-Million Annuity on Lottery Scratch Off Ticket

PIQUA, OH – Charles Dye and Jeffrey Anderson of Piqua have won a $2-million annuity prize in the Ohio Lottery’s $20 Deluxe scratch-off game.

Opting for the cash option, the pair will divide $720,000 after state and federal tax withholdings. Their winning ticket was purchased at a Marathon located at 1700 W High Street in Piqua.

The Deluxe scratch-off offers a top prize of $80,000 annually for 25 years. As of October 18, one top prize remains unclaimed in the game.
