Pocono police make arrest after fight at Camelback Lodge

TANNERSVILLE, PA – On Friday, officers with the Pocono Township Police Department were dispatched to Camelback Lodge following a reported physical domestic dispute.

Upon arriving at the room, officers heard yelling from a male and female. After making contact with the female, officers observed physical injuries to her face and upper chest area. She reported that an argument with her boyfriend had escalated to physical violence, resulting in her injuries.

Officers identified the male suspect as Erik F. Minaya Santana, a 31-year-old male from New York, NY. Minaya Santana was placed under arrest for Simple Assault and Harassment and transported to Monroe County Correctional Facility.

The victim suffered minor injuries.
