Brick Township Mayor John Ducey has announced the Buy in Brick Program has added DeFelice Sales and Repair as a participating business. Located at 2506 Rt. 88 East, they are offering residents $100 on auto purchases and a 5% rebate on service (excluding oil changes and tires).

Brick Mayor John Ducey received criticism online for his announcement.
“Buy in brick but from a business in Point Pleasant,” wrote Sean Cole.
“This is not brick hate to clue you in,” said Kyle Fleming.
“Hey Mayor… get a map!” said Richard Nelson.

The Buy in Brick program is actually open to residents and businesses outside of Brick.
