Boston, MA – Members of the B-3 (Mattapan) Anti-Crime Unit arrested Mark Graham, aged 57, of Boston, and Manee Ruiz, aged 49, of Dorchester around 9:20 PM on Tuesday. The apprehension followed an investigation into an increase in package thefts around Washington St and Morse St.
Graham faces charges of Larceny from a Building, Receiving Stolen Property, and Possession of Burglarious Tools. Ruiz is dealing with warrants from Boston Municipal Court for Larceny and from Cambridge District Court for Shoplifting. Both accused are set for arraignment in Dorchester District Court.
