CUMBERLAND, MD – The Cumberland Police Department reported the arrest of Donovan Owenn Grabill, 18, of Cumberland, Maryland, following an incident at the Sheetz Store on Virginia Avenue. Officers were called to the location for a reported theft in progress. Upon arrival, they found Grabill seated in an aisle, consuming items directly from the store shelves.
Despite efforts to engage, Grabill did not comply with police instructions, resulting in his arrest. He faces charges including theft of less than $100 and obstructing and hindering. Grabill was taken to ACDC following the incident. The situation remains under review by the Cumberland Police Department.
