NEW YORK, NY – The New York City Police Department has announced the arrest of 21-year-old Osse Stcyr of 549 East 83 Street, Brooklyn, NY. The arrest occurred on Monday, November 27, 2023, at approximately 10:45 pm in Prospect Park.
Stcyr faces charges including attempted murder, assault, reckless endangerment, and criminal possession of a weapon. This arrest follows an incident that took place on June 8, 2023, where he approached a 33-year-old male victim inside his vehicle in front of 119 East 19 Street and displayed a firearm.
A struggle ensued, leading to the victim being shot in the left leg. The perpetrator initially fled the scene.
