GARDNER, MA — Authorities are urgently searching for Aaron Pennington, 33, in connection to the homicide of his wife, Breanne Pennington, 30, which occurred yesterday at 42 Cherry St. in Gardner.
Breanne was getting ready to leave the state with her children when Pennington confronted her. He shot her in the face, killing her.
Massachusetts State Police and the Gardner Police Department are leading the search for Pennington, who is believed to be driving a white 2013 BMW 320 sedan with a Massachusetts Veterans plate numbered 8A30. Alternate license plates that may be affixed to the vehicle include a Texas plate, DTZ3103, and a California plate, 6CWN728.
Pennington is described as white, 6-foot-2, and approximately 175 pounds, with blond hair and blue eyes. His last known address is the same location where the homicide took place.
The public is advised to exercise extreme caution. Anyone who spots Pennington or the vehicle should not approach but should immediately call 911. Information on his whereabouts can be submitted to the Massachusetts State Police at 508-829-8236 or the Gardner Police Department at 978-632-5600.
Authorities emphasize that Pennington should be considered armed and dangerous.
