CHARLOTTE, N.C. – David Joseph Leonhardt, born on February 8, 1991, has been identified as the deceased in a recent case under investigation by the CMPD’s Homicide Unit.
Notification has been delivered to Mr. Leonhardt’s immediate family.
The Homicide Unit has stated they are not pursuing any suspects presently, with no charges being sought.
The inquiry remains active, and any developments will be communicated by the CMPD’s Public Affairs Office.
