18-year-old ambushed by four masked men in armed robbery in Laurel

LAUREL, MD — Authorities are investigating the armed robbery of an 18-year-old man who was assaulted and robbed by four suspects during a meeting arranged through social media.

The incident occurred on November 29 at approximately 8:00 p.m. in the area of Andrew Court in Laurel. According to Anne Arundel County Police, the victim had planned to sell items but was confronted by four individuals upon arrival. One of the suspects brandished a handgun, and the group assaulted the victim before fleeing the scene in a dark sedan with stolen property, including the victim’s cell phone.

The suspects are described as males wearing black masks and dark clothing.
