FREDERICK, MD – The Frederick Police Department’s Major Crimes Unit is continuing their investigations into a fatal shooting that occurred on Saturday, July 1, in the 100 Block of West All Saints Street. The deceased has been identified as 28-year-old Tayquan Cornell Palmer of Frederick, Maryland.
