Police investigating after Thief brandishes gun During High’s Dairy robbery

Ellicott City, MD – Early Thursday morning, at approximately 1:30 a.m., an incident unfolded at High’s Dairy Store located in the 3000 block of Rogers Avenue. According to reports, an employee at the store notified authorities of a male suspect attempting to steal cash.

Upon being confronted by the employee, the suspect brandished a firearm, escalating the situation. A brief physical altercation ensued between the employee and the suspect. Fortunately, no serious injuries were sustained during the altercation.

Despite the suspect’s attempt, no cash was stolen, and he quickly fled the scene. Law enforcement authorities were promptly notified and are actively investigating the incident.
