Police investigating credit card fraud at Speedway convenience store

BETHLEHEM, PA – Yesterday, at around 8:27 pm, two male suspects committed fraud at the Speedway located at 3622 Rte#378. The duo entered the store and purchased seven Netspend Visa cards, loading each with the maximum of $890 using a fraudulent card.

The store’s surveillance system captured the suspects’ images, and police are now seeking the public’s assistance in identifying them.

Authorities are urging anyone with information on the suspects or the incident to contact Detective/Corporal Eric Marth at 610-625-8722 or submit a tip through the Crimewatch Tipline.

“The Bethlehem Police Department is dedicated to ensuring the safety and security of local businesses and residents and is working tirelessly to apprehend the suspects and prevent future occurrences of fraud,” the department said in a statement.
