Police Investigating Criminal Mischief Incident

Wilkes-Barre, PA- An incident of criminal mischief occurred on North River Street in Wilkes-Barre, according to a report by the Wilkes-Barre City Police Department. The event transpired at 1:07 AM on Wednesday, October 2nd.

Police officers were dispatched to 575 North River Street following a report. On arrival, they spoke with the victim, a 57-year-old woman from Clarks Summit, PA.

The victim reported that an unknown suspect had damaged her vehicle. The driver’s side window was broken, reportedly by a rock being thrown through it.

The police have noted that the investigation into this act of vandalism is ongoing. Further details will emerge as officers continue their inquiries into the incident.
