NEW CASTLE, DE- Delaware State Police are releasing the names of the victims who were involved in a shooting incident on October 2, 2020 as 30-year-old Malik X. Miller of Wilmington and 28-year-old Tymir Mason of Wilmington. This incident continues to remain under investigation by the Delaware State Police Homicide Unit.
