ANNAPOLIS, MD – On the morning of Monday, a black 2021 Toyota Rav4 was reported stolen to the local police department from the 1000 block of Norman Drive.
The owner parked the vehicle on Saturday.
By Monday at 7:33 am, it was no longer in the apartment complex parking where he had left it.
The North Carolina registered vehicle, bearing the license plate KEA8188, was last seen by the owner that same morning.
The incident report notes that a spare key may have been inside the vehicle at the time of the theft.
