Police investigating strong arm robbery on SEPTA Bus After New Photo Emerges

PHILADELPHIA, PA – On February 27, 2023, at 3:20 p.m., a robbery occurred at 58 West Willow Grove Avenue, leaving the victim without his iPhone 13 and other personal items.

The complainant and a friend boarded a route #23 Septa bus, followed shortly by four unknown black male juveniles. Upon disembarking, the juveniles followed the complainant and his friend, and one of the offenders threatened the victim with violence if he didn’t hand over his belongings.

The offenders fled eastbound on Willow Grove towards Germantown Ave.

The Philadelphia Police have released video footage of the incident and ask anyone with information to call 215.686.TIPS (8477) or text a tip to 215.686.TIPS (8477). All tips will be kept confidential.
