PHILADELPHIA, PA – A 15-year-old Philadelphia boy has gone missing, according to the Philadelphia Police Department.
The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 15-year-old Missing Juvenile Raquan Scott-Russ. He was last seen at 9:30 P.M., on Wednesday, July 20, 2022, on the 47xx block of N. 11th St.
He is 6”3”, 240lbs, muscular build, brown eyes, black hair and was last seen wearing a white & black hoodie, black shorts, long black socks with black sandals.
