ESSEX, MD – The Baltimore County Police Department is urgently seeking public assistance in locating 15-year-old Jesse Tranter, who was last seen on July 11, 2024, around 9:00 PM in the Essex area. Jesse is described as being 5’6” tall and weighing 130 pounds. The clothing Jesse was last seen wearing is currently unknown.
Authorities are concerned that Jesse may be experiencing a mental health crisis and may need immediate assistance.
