Police Issue Trespassing Citation in Cumberland

Cumberland, MD- The Cumberland Police Department addressed a trespassing incident on Monday. At 9:20 a.m., an officer on routine patrol on E. Harrison Street found an individual on CSX property.

The property was marked with “NO TRESPASSING” signs. The officer identified the individual as Asaad Mikhail Raymond.

Raymond, 22, was informed of his trespass violation. He received a criminal citation and was released pending a trial at District Court.

The charge issued was for trespassing on posted property. Raymond is a resident of Cumberland, Maryland.
