Police issue warrant for Harrisburg man wanted for theft

ETTERS, PA – Malcolm Turner, a resident of Harrisburg, has a warrant for his arrest, issued on March 27, , stemming from a police investigation in the 50 block of Newberry Parkway. Turner is charged with one count of retail theft.
