Police Make Arrest In Wilkes-Barre Stolen Property Case

WILKES-BARRE, PA—On Thursday morning, The Wilkes-Barre City Police Department reported an arrest for receiving stolen property involving Wendy Hubbard of Plains Township, PA.

The incident occurred at 0805 hours on East Main Street, where officers conducted a traffic stop after spotting a vehicle with a stolen Florida registration.

Hubbard, the vehicle’s operator, was taken into custody during this encounter, processed at City Headquarters, and later released by authorities.
