Police Offer Reward for Information Leading to Arrest of Toledo Carjackers

Toledo, OH – The Toledo Police Department is requesting public assistance to identify two individuals connected to a carjacking incident that occurred on Friday. The incident took place in the 1300 block of Fitchland Avenue during a rideshare trip.

According to authorities, one of the suspects brandished a handgun, demanding the driver exit the vehicle. After the driver complied, the pair fled the scene with the car.

Crime Stoppers is encouraging anyone with information to reach out by calling or texting 419-255-1111. Individuals who provide tips may be eligible for a reward of up to $5,000 or more.

To aid in the investigation, the public is urged to use hashtags #ToledoPolice and #CrimeStoppers in related social media posts.
