Police Probe Afternoon Gunfire in Baltimore’s Park Heights

Mass shooting at the scene of a Fourth of July holiday weekend block party in Baltimore

BALTIMORE, MD – Police are currently investigating a shooting incident that occurred in the 5400 block of Park Heights on the afternoon of July 7. Officers responding to reports of gunfire found evidence of the shooting at the scene.

Subsequently, a 23-year-old male victim with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound arrived at a local hospital. Northwest District Shooting detectives have taken over the investigation following this walk-in report.

The Baltimore Police Department is actively seeking information related to this incident and encourages anyone with knowledge to come forward.
