BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — The Baltimore County Police Department has issued a critical missing person alert for 13-year-old Taylor Penny. Penny was last seen in the Arbutus area and is described as 5’6” tall, weighing approximately 120 lbs.
Taylor Penny was last observed wearing a black knit cap, a blue and white hooded sweatshirt, gray pants, and black and white shoes, carrying a black backpack. The police are urging anyone with information on Taylor’s whereabouts to call 911 or contact the Baltimore County Police Department at 410-307-2020 immediately.
