The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating 42 -year-old Missing Person Choi Council. She was last seen on Wednesday, October 6th, 2021, on the 36xx block of N 15th St. Choi has been located before in the area of Broad and Somerset
She is 5’3”, 260lbs, dark complexion, brown eyes and black hair. No clothing description given..
