The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating 25-year-old Missing Person Francis Decero. He was last seen on Tuesday, April 26th, 2022, on the 1100 block of Tree St.
He is 6’0″, 150lbs, light complexion, brown eyes, black hair/short. No clothing description given. He was last seen getting into a vehicle with a yellow license plate at 13th and Bigler St.
